Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween for those of you who are celebrating! They don't have Halloween down here in St. Vincent but we did have Independence Day here last week.  That was really fun! There was an activity at church and we shared local dishes such as roasted breadfruit, bakes, spinach cakes, cassava bake, sweet potato pudding, fresh coconuts, and a few others that I can't remember the name of right now.  Anyways, holidays are fun wherever you are at!
